Your plan is set by your number of active members when you subscribe after the trial. Philippine churches pay online (GCash, QR Ph, Maya, or card). Churches outside the Philippines pay by bank transfer and are activated within one business day. One payment covers a full year, with no auto-charge.

What is Smart Church?
Smart Church is church management software that keeps your members, services, attendance, first timers, follow-up, finances, and reports together in one simple place.
Who is it for?
Churches of every size, from small congregations to large churches with more than 1,000 members, and the pastors, administrators, usherettes, finance teams, workers, and leaders who serve them.
Can we create our own services?
Yes. You create the services your church actually holds and record attendance against the right one. Sunday is never assumed as a default.
Can multiple people manage the church?
Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role, from administrators and pastors to usherettes, finance staff, workers, and leaders, each with the right level of access.
Can our finance team use Smart Church?
Yes. Finance is included on every plan: tithers and tithes, offerings, expenses, liquidations with receipts, funds, and weekly to yearly reports with an Excel download. Your Finance Head manages and approves, Finance Staff record and submit, and the Main Administrator and Pastor can view. Nobody else in the church sees the money.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every church starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card needed. Bring your whole member list during the trial, and keep everything you set up when you subscribe.
Can I import our existing records?
Yes. Upload an Excel Masterfile and Smart Church builds your directory. Valid rows import, malformed rows are rejected safely, and you get a report of exactly what to fix.
Can I download attendance?
Yes. You can download attendance per service, and view reports by day, month, quarter, and year.
What plans are available, and how do we pay?
Four yearly plans sized by active members: Starter (up to 200) at ₱4,999, Growth (up to 500) at ₱6,999, and Large (up to 1,000) at ₱8,999, or $99, $149, and $199 outside the Philippines. Ultra Church, for more than 1,000 members, is priced on request. Philippine churches pay online by GCash, QR Ph, Maya, or card. Churches abroad pay by bank transfer. One payment covers a full year, with no auto-charge.
Can we pay once instead of every year?
Yes. A one-time license covers the software with the first year of hosting and support included: Starter ₱14,999, Growth ₱19,999, and Large ₱24,999. From the second year you pay only a small hosting and support fee of ₱1,500, ₱2,000, or ₱2,500 a year. Ultra Church and churches outside the Philippines get a quote. Message me to set it up.
Who hosts it?
I host Smart Church for you, and hosting, updates, backups, and support are included in every plan, so you manage no servers. Your church signs in at its own link on app.smartwebappsolutions.com.
